Lightning Strike

Why Does Lightning Strike?

Lightning strike are caused by short, violent transfers of electric charges, either between one cloud and another, or between clouds and the earth. During a thunderstorm, the lower parts of clouds(the part nearest the earth) accumulate lots of negative electrical charges – whilst, on the ground, positives electrical charges accumulate. When there is a build-up of negatives charges in the sky, these charges move toward the positives charges on the earth and cause lightning.

Mexican Wave

Where Did The Mexican Wave Come From?

The Mexican Wave appeared for the first time at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. The idea is for everyone to stand up while lift their arms in quick succession, one after the other and then lower the arms while sit back immediately. This action will then see by the sitter at the opposite site of the stadium like a wave, like a ripple of wave at the sea.
